On Saturday, October 31st we will be launching our new and improved Online Double Stick Specialty Curriculum with a Double Stick Workshop from 10AM to 1PM.
All Workshop attendees will have FREE Access to the Online Double Stick Specialty Curriculum which debuts the following week!
This Workshop will be available both in person, as well as virtually on Zoom.
The first 12 people that register will be admitted to train in person and on-site at Martial Way Legacy. Everyone else is welcome to attend via Zoom and follow along.
The material for this Workshop and Curriculum is ready for all participants to learn solo, partnered, and/or with equipment so everyone may participate.

Double Stick is one of the 12 Sub-Systems in Filipino Martial Arts also known as Kali, Eskrima or Arnis. It is beautiful, deadly, and highly beneficial to all your training.
At a very early stage in this progression, you will be able to tell a difference in your endurance, coordination, speed, power, strength, and much more. This curriculum is organized into sets of movements that are similar to each other. This is known as "Motion Grouping". Training with this approach gives you a better understanding of both the techniques as well as your body and its movement.
