We are excited to host our third themed Ruck on Sunday, July 27th at 9am. We’ll be doing the 10 mile loop around Town Lake. Parameters are simple. If you don’t ruck much, start with your bag and water. If you have a normal weight that you are used to, start there. As we make our way around the loop we’ll set up treasure chests with weight and surprises along the way. Each of us will slowly add more weight as we complete the loop. The goal is to have fun and build everyone’s confidence as they learn what they can carry. It’s the perfect event for everyone to get started Rucking. Bonus points will be if you can “Goonie It Up” some how with your outfit, ruck sack, etc. $7.80 is your buy in, but if you can include a little extra, well put it towards your treasures.
