We invite you to experience the incredible power of embracing the concept of "Back To Basics" in our Kickboxing MMA Program, which takes place every five weeks. This program emphasizes the fundamental techniques, ensuring that you master the proper form while engaging in active rest activities that utilize body weight, kettlebells, TRX, and other effective training tools.

By returning to the basics, you will lay a solid foundation and gain the necessary skills to progress into new themes, topics, and advanced levels.
